ALMA started with a simple question: why is it so hard to calm down exactly when you need it most? When you're stressed or overwhelmed, the usual advice (breathe deeply, quiet your mind, meditate) asks your brain to do the work when it's already overloaded. We wanted something that works with your body instead of against it.

So we built ALMA around bilateral stimulation: a gentle, alternating left-right rhythm of soft vibration and light that moves from one hand to the other. It's the same left-right modality therapists use in EMDR sessions, and it's been studied for decades. ALMA puts that rhythm in your hands so you can use it on your own, anytime, as part of your everyday wellness routine.
