Payment Policy

This page explains how you can pay for an order on alma-emdr-tappers.com, and what happens to your payment details.

Accepted payment methods

We accept the following:

Credit and debit cards
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club.

Digital wallets
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal.

Pay over time
Shop Pay Installments, which lets you split the cost of your order into scheduled payments. This is a payment option offered by Shopify and its lending partner, subject to their eligibility criteria. It is not a subscription: the total you pay is the price of your order, and nothing recurs once it is paid in full.

The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout and in the footer of every page. Availability can vary depending on your device, browser, card issuer and eligibility.

Currency

All prices on this site are shown and charged in United States Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That fee is set by your bank, not by us.

Taxes

Displayed prices exclude applicable state sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, so the total at checkout is the product price plus tax, and nothing else.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order, unless you choose Shop Pay Installments, in which case the schedule shown at checkout applies. You receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel leaves our fulfillment center.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, for example because of a pricing error or a stock issue, we cancel it and refund you in full. You are notified by email if this happens.

Payment security

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and by the providers listed above. Card data is encrypted in transit and handled by these processors under the PCI DSS standard.

We never see or store your full card number. KALMAC AAC LLC has no access to your card details at any point.

What appears on your statement

Charges appear under our merchant descriptor associated with KALMAC AAC LLC. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us before disputing it with your bank and we will identify the order for you.

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, no order is created and no funds are taken. Some banks briefly show a pending authorisation that clears on its own within a few business days. Check your card details, try another method, or contact your bank.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Full terms in our Refund Policy.

No subscriptions

ALMA is a one-time purchase. We do not operate subscriptions, memberships, recurring billing or auto-renewals of any kind, and the ALMA app is free with no in-app subscription. The only instalment option available is Shop Pay Installments described above, which spreads the cost of a single purchase and ends when that purchase is paid.
