Every order ships express from our US warehouses. Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2 business days after processing, anywhere in the United States. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

International orders

We ship to select countries outside the United States. International delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at alma@kal-mac.com. We can update the address as long as the order has not shipped.

Damaged or defective items

If your ALMA arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost. Return shipping for defective or damaged items is covered by us.
