Free US shipping

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There are no handling fees, customs charges or hidden costs. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay, plus applicable state sales tax.

Every order ships express from our US warehouses. Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2 business days after processing, so most orders arrive within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at alma@kal-mac.com. We can update the address as long as the order has not shipped.

Returns

30-day money-back guarantee

Try your ALMA EMDR tappers for 30 days. If they aren't right for you, return them for a full refund. Opened units are included.

We mean this one. People respond differently to bilateral stimulation, and the only way to know how your body responds is to try it — so we would rather you send it back than keep something that isn't helping.

To start a return, email us at alma@kal-mac.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1 business day. Return shipping is free within the United States, and there is no restocking fee.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or defective items

If your ALMA arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost. Return shipping for defective or damaged items is covered by us.
